PERKINSTON – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves suffered a 74-63 loss Monday night to the Bulldogs of Mississippi Gulf Coast. The loss moves the Wolves to 9-9 on the season and 3-6 in the MACJC South Division. Co-Lin takes the floor again Thursday, Feb. 9 as the Wolves travel to Utica to face Hinds. WESSON – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves lost a heart breaker Monday night to Pearl River Community College in Mullen Gymnasium, 88-77. The loss moves the Wolves to 9-7 on the year and 3-4 in the MACJC South Division. The Wolves are back in action Thursday, Feb. 2 as Jones County travels to Wesson. Wolves come from behind to defeat Meridian

MERIDIAN – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves won their second straight MACJC South Division matchup with a 73-68 victory over Meridian Community College on the road. The win comes on the heels of Co-Lin’s victory over rival Southwest earlier this week. The Wolves take the court again Monday, Jan. 30 as Pearl River travels to Wesson. Wolves hold on late to defeat rival Southwest

WESSON – Mullen Gymnasium was louder than ever Monday as anxious fans watched the Co-Lin fend off Southwest in the final minutes to secure a 73-72 victory. The win moves the Wolves to 8-6 on the season and 2-3 in the MACJC South Division while Southwest falls to 10-4 and 4-1. Co-Lin is back in action Thursday, Jan. 26 as the Wolves travel to Meridian to take on the Eagles. Wolves suffer loss to East Central

DECATUR – The Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln were unable to overcome a strong second half outing by East Central. The Warriors netted 53 points in the second half to clinch an 88-75 victory. The loss moves the Wolves to 7-6 on the season and to 1-3 in South Division play. Co-Lin takes the floor again Monday, Jan. 23 as the Wolves hosts The Southwest Community College Bears at 8. ELLISVILLE – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves were unable to hold off the Bobcats late in the game Monday as Jones defeated Co-Lin 106-85. The Wolves played tremendous basketball in the opening half of play, but Jones’ ability to hit the three-ball was Co-Lin’s downfall. The loss moves the Wolves to 4-4, 0-1 on the year. Late push falls short as Wolves lose to MS Delta

MOORHEAD – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves narrowed the Trojans lead to just five points in the final minute of play Monday night, but were unable to overcome the deficit as Mississippi Delta continued to knock down their free throws to secure the 88-82 victory. The road loss moves the Wolves to 4-3 on the season as the team prepares for South Division play beginning next week. The Wolves travel to Jones County Monday, Dec. 5 to take on the Bobcats at 7:30. Wolves fall to Baton Rouge in high scoring contest

SUMMIT – Both teams were finding the basket often Tuesday afternoon as the Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves lost to Baton Rouge Community College in day two of the Southwest Coca-Cola Tournament at Southwest Community College. The Bears of BRCC out lasted the Wolves late to win 96-90. The loss gives the Wolves a 3-2 record on the season, while BRCC remains undefeated. Co-Lin takes the court again Saturday, Nov. 19 as both the women’s and men’s teams travel to New Orleans to take on Delgado Community College at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively. Wolves defeat Southern Shreveport in Coca-Cola Classic

SUMMIT – Freshman Anthony Jones knocked down a corner three with just one minute to play to give the Wolves a two-point lead and eventually the 67-65 win over the Jaguars of Southern Shreveport Monday afternoon. The victory gives the Wolves a 3-1 record on the season. The Wolves return to the court Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m. in day two of the Southwest Coca-Cola Classic on the campus of Southwest Community College. Wolves fall to Coahoma in overtime thriller

CLARKSDALE – Action was back and forth throughout the night as the Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves suffered their first loss on the young 2016-2017 season. The 98-94 loss, gives the Wolves a 2-1 record on the season. Co-Lin travels to Summit next Monday, Nov. 14 and Tuesday, Nov. 15 to participate in a tournament at Southwest Community College. Wolves are young, but talented in 2016

WESSON – The 2016-2017 Wolves bring many new faces to the campus of Copiah-Lincoln as 13 players on the 14-man roster are freshman. The young team faces many challenges as they compete in the talent rich MACJC South Division.

Despite the youth of the team, head coach Kenny Bizot, entering his fourth year with Co-Lin, believes the Wolves can find wins throughout the season.

“I believe we are much improved this year. We play in a tough division and there is always uncertainty, but I think we will be able to get many more things done than we have in the past,” said Bizot.

WESSON – Copiah-Lincoln Community College sophomores Donte Watson and Darius Kennedy will represent the South Division in the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College All-Star Game that will be held on Friday, April 15, at 7 p.m. at East Central Community College in Decatur.
