WESSON - Donta Pittman scored a team-high 18 points to lead the Jones County Bobcats to a 86-75 win over the Wolves. The Bobcats came into tonight's game needing a win to advance to next week's MACJC State Tournament. Co-Lin finishes the season with a 9-14 overall record, 4-8 in the South Division.

The Wolves held a 31-26 lead at halftime.

Sophomore Jake Reed hit two free throws with 15:23 remaining to give the Wolfpack a 45-37 lead. Co-Lin looked to be cruising along. But the Bobcats went on a 8-0 run to tie the game at 45-all at he 13:05 mark.

Freshman Fred Fairman kept the Wolves close scoring 9 straight points as the Wolves trailed 62-57. But Fairman would commit his fourth personal foul and have to go to the bench with Jones in the lead 67-57 at the 8:27 mark. The Bobcats would go on an 7-2 run to take a 74-59 lead with 5:38 remaining.

Anthony Davis's trey would cap a 11-2 run by the Wolves as they pulled to within 6 points at 76-70, but that would be as close as they would get.

Jones dominated the backboards 47-28. Their bench out scored the Wolves 36-26.
