WESSON, Miss. - The Copiah-Lincoln Community College men's basketball program has scheduled two fundraisers to benefit the team for next season. The first event is a fish fry that will take place on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Brookhaven movie theater parking lot. Plates include five pieces of catfish, french fries, cole slaw, and hushpuppies. The second is an evening with the Wolfpack. The event will be at the Brookhaven FEMA building Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 6 p.m. The event will feature a silent auction, live auction, entertainment, appetizers, and the opportunity to meet several Co-Lin players and coaches.
"To have success, and to run a sucessful program it does take money," said Co-Lin head coach Kenny Bizot. "There are a lot of things that we want to do with our program that require funds, and we hope these events can help us with that."
For anyone interested in tickets for either event contact any Co-Lin player or the Co-Lin coaching staff at 601.643.8366.
