Jones earns MACJC All-Star nod

WESSON, Miss. – Anthony Jones, a sophomore from Wesson, Miss., earned a late MACJC All-Star bid this week and will participate in the MACJC All-Star game this Friday, April 13 at East Central Community College in Decatur, Miss. The game is set for a 7 p.m. tip and admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students. Fans can also watch the game live at www.eccc.edu/eccc-media.

Jones saw action in, and started in, all 25 games for the Wolves this season and scored 10.4 points per game. He shot 42.6 percent from the floor and 33.8 percent from beyond-the-arc. The local sophomore also brought down 5.6 rebounds a game, second-most on the team.
